高速铁路道岔横向加速度超限的影响因素分析

摘要 随着高速铁路路网建设不断完善、设备总量及运能运量大幅增加,线路设备安全风险急剧加大。某高速铁路道岔横向加速度超限报警,为排查线路状态是否存在几何变形问题,规避滥用数据对设备原有状态造成的安全风险,防止道岔线路“盲目修、无效修、有害修”等问题出现,对该线车型和设备线形结构综合对比。通过对动态检测数据波形对比、线形结构、外部环境(风速)数据的综合研判分析,正确研判数据的真实性、可靠性与实用性,为线路道岔养护维修提供决策依据,杜绝盲目“扣分”和盲目“修理”等现象。 As the construction of the high speed railway network continues to advance and the total quantity of equipment and transport capacity sees substantial growth,the safety risks associated with line equipment have escalated markedly.In the investigation of alarm events related to over-limit lateral acceleration on an high speed railway turnout,a comprehensive comparison of models and equipment linear structures of this railway line was carried out.The aim is to check for track geometric deformation,avoid safety risks imposed on the railway equipment due to misuse of data,and address issues such as unreasonable maintenance,ineffective maintenance,and harmful maintenance of turnout tracks.Through comprehensive assessment and analysis of the dynamic inspection data waveform comparison,linear structure,and external environment(wind speed)data,the authenticity,reliability,and applicability of the data were correctly evaluated.This provides a decision-making basis for track and turnout maintenance and repair and prevents unreasonable assessment and repairs.
