摘要
针对设施农业生产中装备功能单一、智能化程度低、效率低等问题,通过对温室多功能作业平台的整机机构设计和对电动底盘、驱动电机、减速器、动力电池以及喷雾升降装置设计与选型,设计一款集喷药、运输、升降等多功能作业为一体的温室智能多功能作业平台装备。通过实地性能试验研究,可知最高车速试验显示其最高车速为6.24 km/h;最小转弯半径测试中,转向圆直径为930.7 mm,通过圆直径为1046.7 mm;爬坡能力测试中,可轻松通过25°坡度路面;续航能力测试中,续航里程可达18.5 km。本作业平台集喷药、运输、升降等多功能作业为一体,实现一机多用,能极大减轻农民的生产成本,以期为设施农业发展机械化提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of single function,low intelligence and low efficiency of equipment in facility agriculture production,through the design of the whole machine mechanism of the greenhouse intelligent multi-function operation platform and the design and selection of the electric chassis,drive motor,reducer,power battery and spray lifting device,design a greenhouse intelligent multi-functional operation platform equipment integrating spraying,transportation,lifting and other multi-functional operations.Through the field performance test,it could be seen that the maximum speed test shows that the maximum speed was 6.24 km∕h.In the minimum turning radius test,the diameter of the turning circle was 930.7 mm,and the diameter of the passing circle was 1046.7 mm.In the climbing ability test,it could easily pass the 25°slope road surface.In the endurance test,the range could reach 18.5 km.This operation platform integrates multi-functional operations such as spraying,transportation,lifting and so on to achieve a multi-purpose machine,which can greatly reduce the production cost of farmers,in order to provide a reference for the development of mechanization of facility agriculture.
