摘要
为研究零件功能性圆角与航空电磁阀产品流场特性之间的关系,根据某型航空电磁阀的工作结构与工作原理,建立二维坐标系下的流场计算域模与网格模型,定义零件功能性圆角R的取值,采用数值仿真分析的方法对不同功能性圆角R的电磁阀内部流场特性进行计算分析,得到相应的压力分布特性与矢量分布特性。结果表明,功能性圆角R的存在使工作液在流经阀内球体时的压力呈对称分布,工作液在阀内流动形成的漩涡呈对称分布状,有利于实现工作液流动过程中零件的稳定性;功能性圆角R对阀内最大压力值、工作液流速的影响不大,且有利于降低内腔所受的最大压力及工作液流速。
In order to study the relationship between the functional fillet of parts and the flow field characteristics of aviation solenoid valve products,according to the working structure and working principle of a certain type of aviation solenoid valve,the flow field calculation domain model and grid model in two-dimensional coordinate system are established,and the value of the functional fillet R of parts was defined.The numerical simulation analysis method was used to calculate and analyze the internal flow field characteristics of the solenoid valve with different functional fillet R,and the corresponding pressure distribution characteristics and vector distribution characteristics were obtained.The results showed that the existence of functional fillet R makes the pressure of the working fluid symmetrically distributed when it flows through the ball in the valve.The vortex formed by the flow of the working fluid in the valve was symmetrically distributed,which was conducive to the stability of the parts during the flow of the working fluid.The functional fillet R had little effect on the maximum pressure value in the valve and the working fluid flow rate,and it was beneficial to reduce the maximum pressure on the inner cavity and the working fluid flow rate.
