摘要
盾尾密封作为盾构机掘进过程中“护尾”的主要关键点之一,盾尾油脂密封系统起着决定性作用。实际施工中,因油脂注入压力和流量监测管理不到位,导致盾尾密封失效,造成盾尾漏水、漏浆、漏泥沙等安全事故时有发生。在常规的盾尾油脂密封系统控制基础上,提出了盾尾油脂密封系统腔内油脂压力参数监测的设计优化方法,可一定程度上提高盾尾油脂密封系统的性能和安全,为盾尾密封提供一种管理思路。
The sealing system of shield tail is one of the key points in shield tunneling,and the grease sealing system of shield tail plays a decisive role.Grease injection pressure and flow monitoring management was not in placed,resulting in shield tail seal may fail,resulting in water leakage,slurry leakage,sediment leakage and other safety accidents occur from time to time.Based on the conventional control of the tail grease seal system,proposes a design optimization method for monitoring the oil pressure parameters in the cavity of the tail grease seal system,which can improve the performance and safety of the tail grease seal system to a certain extent,and provide a management idea for the subsequent shield practitioners in the management of the tail grease seal.
