梯级“水蓄风光”互补系统增益分配调度策略

摘要 针对梯级“水蓄风光”互补系统(CHMCS)多主体联合运行效益分摊问题,建立CHMCS多主体非合作优化调度模型,基于纳什谈判理论建立CHMCS多主体合作运行优化调度模型,并将其转化为求解系统效益最大化与增益分配两个阶段性子问题。依次采用交替方向乘子算法(ADMM)对两阶段子问题进行求解,得到系统合作运行模式下的增益分配策略和优化调度结果。算例分析结果表明:CHMCS在合作运行模式下,各投资运营主体通过电量交易可以提高自身效益和系统整体效益,促进风电、光伏等新能源的消纳,提高水资源利用效率并平稳系统上网出力,提高电力系统运行稳定性和可靠性,验证了所建模型的合理性和准确性。 Aiming at the problem of sharing the benefits of joint operation of multi-subject power stations in cascade hydropower-pumping-storage-wind-photovoltaic multi-energy complementary system(CHMCS),a separate optimization scheduling model for each investment and operation subject within CHMCS is established.Based on Nash negotiation theory,a system cooperative operation optimization scheduling model is established,which is transformed into solving the two-stage subproblems of maximizing system benefits and gain allocation.In order to better protect the privacy of various investment and operation entities,the alternating direction method of multiplier(ADMM)is sequentially used to solve the second-order subproblems,obtaining the gain allocation strategy and optimization scheduling results under the cooperative operation mode of the system.The results of case analysis show that,under the cooperative operation mode of CHMCS,each investment and operation entity can improve their own efficiency and overall system efficiency through electricity trading,promote the consumption of new energy such as wind power and photovoltaic,increase water resources utilization efficiency and stabilize system grid output,improve the stability and reliability of power system operation,and verify the reasonability and accuracy of the proposed model.
