W型弹条关键几何参数对扣件力学性能的影响

摘要 扣件是保证轨道结构稳定性的关键部件,弹条是扣件组成中最为关键的扣压件,直接影响扣件乃至轨道结构的安全稳定。为研究W型弹条关键几何参数对扣件力学性能的影响,基于W型弹条空间几何关系,推导得出W型弹条轴线三维空间方程,并建立W型弹条力学分析模型,计算分析结果表明:影响W型弹条轴线空间方程的关键几何参数共计10个。弹条拱跨L^(0)、弹程H、中肢尾部半径R^(2)、直径d对扣件力学性能影响显著,设计时可从以上4个参数对扣件进行力学性能优化。 Fasteners are crucial components to ensure the stability of track structures,and clips are the most critical fastening members of the fastener assembly.They directly influence safety and stability of both fasteners and the overall track structure.To investigate the influence of key geometric parameters of the W-clip on the mechanical performance of fasteners,this paper derives a three-dimensional spatial equation of the W-clip’s axis based on its spatial geometric relationships and establishes a mechanical analysis model for W-clips,and the calculation results indicate that there are a total of 10 key geometric parameters that affect the spatial equation of the W-clip’s axis.The span of the clip(L0),the elastic range(H),the radius at the tail of the middle leg(R2),and the diameter(d)have significant impacts on the mechanical performance of fasteners.Therefore,these four parameters should be considered for optimizing the mechanical properties of fasteners during design.
