基于自动乳腺超声诊断系统的乳腺肿瘤人工智能诊断研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期筛查对治疗和预后具有重要意义。自动乳腺超声诊断系统在临床上广泛应用,在乳腺组织致密的女性中,自动乳腺超声诊断系统可以更好地替代其他补充筛查方案。人工智能的引入在乳腺肿瘤的诊断、分类和新辅助化疗疗效预测等方面取得了显著进展。人工智能不但可缩短阅片时间,而且能提高肿瘤检出率和鉴别的诊断准确性,减少不必要的活检,为乳腺肿瘤的影像研究指明新的方向。本文对自动乳腺超声诊断系统的乳腺肿瘤人工智能诊断研究进展进行综述。 Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,and early screening is important for patient treatment and prognosis.Automated breast ultrasound system has a wide range of clinical applications and has proven to be an excellent alternative to other complementary screening options in women with dense breast tissue.The introduction of artificial intelligence has led to significant advances in the diagnosis,classification and prediction of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast tumors.Artificial intelligence not only shortens the reading time,but also improves the tumor detection rate and diagnostic accuracy,reduces unnecessary biopsies and brings a new direction to the imaging study of breast tumors.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress in artificial intelligence diagnosis for breast tumors based on automated breast ultrasound system.
