不同碳源及添加物对甘蔗增殖生长及生理代谢的影响

Effects of Different Carbon Sources and Additives on the Proliferation and Physiological Metabolism of Sugarcane

摘要 本研究以桂糖42号为研究对象,探究不同碳源、不同天然添加物及其浓度对甘蔗组培苗增殖阶段生长的影响,测定相关生理代谢指标,探究内源激素(IAA、GA_(3)、ABA)、抗氧化酶(POD、SOD、CAT)活性及渗透物质(Pro、SP)的变化。结果表明,30 g/L蔗糖是最佳碳源,对甘蔗的生长有促进作用,使甘蔗株高、增殖及叶绿素含量显著增加,且对内源激素及可溶性蛋白含量有促进作用,说明蔗糖除了能为甘蔗提供能量外,还通过提高甘蔗体内源激素及渗透物质水平,促进甘蔗生长;当添加物为25 g/L香蕉泥时,甘蔗组培苗茎径、鲜重、干重、增殖系数及叶绿素含量均显著增高,且对甘蔗内源激素IAA、POD活性及可溶性蛋白含量有明显促进作用。 In this study,Guitang42 was used as the research object to explore the effects of different carbon sources,different natural additives and their concentrations on the growth of sugarcane(Saccharum officinarum L.)tissue culture seedlings in the proliferation stage,and the related physiological and metabolic indexes were measured to explore the changes of endogenous hormones(IAA,GA_(3),ABA),antioxidant enzymes(POD,SOD,CAT)activities and osmotic substances(Pro,SP).The results showed that 30 g/L sucrose was the best carbon source,which promoted the growth of sugarcane,significantly increased the plant height,proliferation and chlorophyll content of sugarcane,and promoted the contents of endogenous hormones and soluble proteins,indicating that sucrose could not only provide energy for sugarcane,but also promote the growth of sugarcane by increasing the levels of endogenous hormones and osmotic substances in sugarcane.When 25 g/L banana pureed was added,fresh weight,dry weight,proliferation coefficient and chlorophyll content of stem diameter of sugarcane tissue culture seedlings were significantly increased,and the activities of endogenous hormones IAA and POD and soluble protein were significantly promoted.
