摘要
为探究不同黄精属植物种质资源的光合特性,以65个地区收集的不同黄精属植株为试验材料,开展黄精属植物光合生理特性的研究。结果表明,65份黄精属植物的叶绿素a+叶绿素b含量在2.21~2.86 mg/g之间,其中叶绿素a的变异系数为10.21%,说明其遗传变异丰富;贵州省遵义市汇川区沙湾镇、贵州省赤水市复光镇等42份黄精属种质资源不存在光合“午休”现象,湖南省郴州市太和镇、贵州省贵阳市花溪区等23份黄精属植物存在光合“午休”现象;贵州省赤水市丙安镇的黄精属植物光合能力较强;湖南省黄石市排市镇地区黄精属植物对弱光的利用能力要优于其他地区黄精属植物;贵州省施秉县甘溪乡的黄精属植物对强光的耐受能力和对光能的利用能力都要优于其他地区的黄精属植物;安徽省池州市石台县的黄精属植物干物质的积累能力更强。
In order to explore the photosynthetic characteristics of different Polygonatum Mill.germplasm resources,different Polygonatum Mill.plants collected from 65 regions were used as experimental materials to study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Polygonatum Mill.plants.The results showed that the total chlorophyll content of the 65 Polygonatum Mill.plants ranged from 2.21 to 2.86 mg/g,and the coefficient of variation of chlorophyll a was 10.21%,indicating that the genetic variation was abundant.There was no photosynthetic'siesta'phenomenon in 42 germplasm resources from Shawan Town,Huichuan District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,and Fuguang Town,Chishui City,Guizhou Province,while there was photosynthetic'siesta'phenomenon in 23 germplasm resources from Taihe Town,Chenzhou City,Hu'nan Province,and Huaxi District,Guiyang City,Guizhou Province.The photosynthetic capacity of Polygonatum Mill.plants in Bingan town,Chishui City,Guizhou Province was strong.The low light utilization capacity of Polygonatum Mill.in the Paishi Town area of Huangshi City,Hu'nan Province was better than that in other areas.In Ganxi Township,Shibing County,Guizhou Province,the strong light tolerance and light energy utilization capacity of Polygonatum Mill.were better than those in other areas.In Shitai County,Chizhou City,Anhui Province,the dry matter accumulation capacity of Polygonatum Mill.was stronger.
