摘要
为了探究不同印度南瓜种质萌发期耐盐性差异,本研究以筛选出的浓度为250 mmol/L的NaCl溶液对12份萌发期印度南瓜种子进行胁迫处理。通过测定各种质的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、初生根长度等生长指标,对印度南瓜种质进行萌发期耐盐鉴定和评价。结果表明,盐胁迫下,印度南瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和初生根长度均受到盐胁迫的影响,其中,Cma89的发芽率受盐胁迫影响最大,为对照的7.9%;Cma41和Cma89的发芽势较其他印度南瓜品种低,分别是对照的13.95%和12.1%;每项指标对12份印度南瓜种质材料的耐盐性程度不完全相同,说明单一的指标不能全面反映印度南瓜种质材料的综合耐盐性;12份印度南瓜种质的平均隶属函数值介于0.089~0.984之间,其中Cma59最高(0.984),Cma89最低(0.089);聚类分析结果表明,12份印度南瓜种质可以划分为3类,包括高耐盐种质4份、中耐盐种质3份、不耐盐种质5份。
In order to explore the difference of salt tolerance of different Cucurbita maxima germplasms during germination,12 Cucurbita maxima seeds were treated with 250 mmol/L NaCl solution selected.The salt tolerance of Cucurbita maxima germplasms during germination was evaluated by measuring germination rate,germination potential,germination index and initial root length.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and initial root length of Cucurbita maxima seeds were affected by salt stress.Among them,the germination rate of Cma89 was the most affected by salt stress,which was 7.9%of the control.The germination potential of Cma41 and Cma89 was lower than that of other Cucurbita maxima varieties,13.95%and 12.1%,respectively.The degree of salt tolerance of each index to 12 Cucurbita maxima germplasm materials was not exactly the same,indicating a single reference index could not fully reflect the comprehensive salt tolerance of Cucurbita maxima germplasm materials.The average membership function values of 12 Cucurbita maxima germplasm ranged from 0.089 to 0.984,among which Cma59 was the highest(0.984)and Cma89 was the lowest(0.089).The results of cluster analysis showed that the 12 Cucurbita maxima germplasms could be divided into 3 categories,including 4 with high salt tolerance,3 with medium salt tolerance and 5 with no salt tolerance.
