西藏不同种源大果圆柏种子特性研究

Study on Seed Characteristics of Juniperus tibetica from Different Provenances in Xizang

为探讨不同种源大果圆柏种子质量和萌发特性差异,以西藏13个种源大果圆柏种子为研究对象,通过种子质量、生活力和萌发特性的测定,对大果圆柏种子质量和萌发特性的差异进行分析。结果表明,13个不同种源大果圆柏种子质量差异极显著,索县(61.82%)和边坝县(60.22%)出仁率较高;种源间的种子质量变异系数大于31.42%。不同种源大果圆柏种子质量指标之间具有明显的相关性,种子质量受环境因子影响较大。不同种源大果圆柏种子生活力在40.00%~86.70%之间,经过GA_(3)处理后,发芽率从3.33%~26.67%提高至6.67%~63.33%,发芽天数从15 d提前至10 d。聚类分析将13个种源聚为四类,各类间的距离差异大。综合种子质量和发芽特性结果,13个种源中前5名的优良种源分别是约巴乡、林周县、察雅县、边坝县和类乌齐县。

In order to investigate the difference of seed quality and germination characteristics of Juniperus tibetica from different provenances,using 13 provenances of Juniperus tibetica from Xizang as research objects,the seed quality,viability and germination characteristics were measured to analyze the seed quality and germination characteristics.The results showed that seed quality was significantly different among 13 provenances of Juniperus tibetica,with the highest yield in Suo County(61.82%)and Bianba County(60.22%).The variation coefficient of seed quality among provenances was greater than 31.42%.There was obvious correlation between seed quality indexes of different provenances,and seed quality was greatly affected by environmental factors.The seed vigor of Juniperus tibetica ranged from 40.00%to 86.70%,and after GA_(3) treatment,the germination rate increased from 3.33%-26.67%to 6.67%-63.33%,and the germination days advanced from 15 days to 10 days.The 13 provenances were grouped into four categories by cluster analysis,and the distance between them was very different.According to the results of seed quality and germination characteristics,the top 5 excellent seed sources among the 13 provences were Yueba Town,Linzhou County,Chaya County,Bianba County and Leiwuqi County.
