摘要
基于Delphi专家咨询法构建科学的茶树种质资源管理评价指标体系,为茶树种质资源的现代化管理提供评价工具。通过田野调研以及相关标准、管理办法等文献分析,初步拟定评价指标体系框架;以福建省为例,筛选18名专家进行2轮咨询,对专家特征、意见可靠性等进行统计分析,并采用AHP法计算权重。结果表明,2轮专家积极性系数均为100%,专家权威程度分别为0.809、0.847,最终确定4个一级指标、16个二级指标。茶树种质资源管理评价指标体系在专家库中达成了令人满意的共识,即符合中国茶树种质资源管理特色,体现交叉学科优势,适用于地方茶树种质资源管理评价工作。
Based on Delphi expert consultation method,a scientific evaluation index system for tea Camellia sinensis(L.)Kuntze germplasm resource management was constructed to provide evaluation tools for modern management of tea germplasm resources.Through field research and literature analysis such as relevant standards and management methods,the evaluation indicator system framework was initially formulated.Taking Fujian Province as an example,18 experts were selected for two rounds of consultation,and the characteristics of experts and reliability of opinions were statistically analyzed,and the weights were calculated using the AHP method.Results showed that the enthusiasm coefficient of experts in two rounds was 100%,and the authority of experts was 0.809 and 0.847 respectively.4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators were finally determined.The tea germplasm resource management evaluation index system has reached a satisfactory consensus in the expert database,that is,it conformed to the characteristics of Chinese tea germplasm resource management,relecting the advantages of cross-disciplines,which could be suitable for local tea germplasm resource management evaluation work.
