摘要
为探究不同林地多花黄精品质的差异,对湖南省内不同林下多花黄精进行抽样,采用均值—极差控制图、K-均值聚类法并参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)进行多糖含量分析。结果显示:71批次不同林下多花黄精的多糖含量为6.99%~15.14%,均值—极差控制图将其分为Ⅰ区(6.69%~7.99%)、Ⅱ区(7.99%~11.99%)、Ⅲ区(11.99%~15.14%)3个区域,各区域样品数分别为8批次、53批次、10批次,占比分别为11.26%、74.64%、14.08%;K-均值聚类图则将其划分为A类(6.69%~7.00%)、B类(7.20%~7.97%)、C类(8.05%~8.97%)、D类(8.99%~11.79%)、E类(12.44%~14.96%),各区域样品数分别为2批次、7批次、12批次、34批次、10批次,占比分别为2.81%、9.85%、16.90%、47.88%、14.08%。杉木林下多花黄精多糖含量显著高于其他林地类型和大田种植。
To explore the differences in the quality of Polygonatum multiflorum in different forest areas,sampling analysis was conducted on Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua under different understory conditions in Hunan Province.Using mean range control chart,K-means clustering method,and combining with the Pharmacopoeia Standards of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition)for polysaccharide content analysis.The polysaccharide content range of 71 batches of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua under different forests is between 6.99%and 15.14%.The mean range control chart divides it into three areas:ZoneⅠ(6.69%to 7.99%),ZoneⅡ(7.99%to 11.99%),and ZoneⅢ(11.99%to 15.14%).The number and proportion of samples in each area are 8 batches,53 batches,and 10 batches,11.26%,74.64%,and 14.08%,respectively.The K-means clustering diagram can be divided into the following 5 categories:A(6.69%~7.00%),B(7.20%~7.97%),C(8.05%~8.97%),D(8.99%~11.79%),and E(12.44%~14.96%).The number and proportion of samples in each region are 2 batches,7 batches,12 batches,34 batches,10 batches and 2.81%,9.85%,16.90%,47.88%and 14.08%,respectively.Under different forest conditions,the polysaccharide content of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua under Chinese fir forest is significantly higher than other forest types and field planting.
