摘要
推进农业绿色发展是加快农业农村现代化进程、促进农业农村可持续发展的必然要求。基于湖南省2010—2021年农业绿色发展相关数据,运用熵权法和灰色关联分析法对湖南省农业绿色发展水平进行评估。实证结果表明:2010—2021年湖南省农业绿色发展水平总体上呈快速上升趋势,可分为波动上升阶段、缓慢上升阶段和快速发展阶段;影响湖南省农业绿色发展水平的主要因素为土地生产率、有效灌溉率、农机使用效率、单位面积粮食产量、农村居民人均可支配收入。今后应继续提高农业投入资源利用效率和生态环境保护力度,促进农村居民持续增收,引导农业从业者积极采用绿色生产行为。
Promoting the green development of agriculture is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the process of agricultural and rural modernization and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the relevant data of agricultural green development in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2021,the entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method were used to evaluate the level of agricultural green development in Hunan Province.The empirical results show that the level of agricultural green development in Hunan Province shows a rapid upward trend from 2010 to 2021,which can be divided into fluctuating upward stage,slow upward stage and rapid development stage.The main factors affecting the level of agricultural green development in Hunan Province are land productivity,effective irrigation rate,agricultural machinery use efficiency,grain output per unit area,and per capita disposable income of rural residents.In the future,we should continue to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural input resources and the protection of ecological environment,promote the continuous increase of rural residents′income,and guide agricultural practitioners to actively adopt green production behavior.
