大学生“学习躺平”现象的心理成因及教育策略

摘要 大学生“学习躺平”现象折射深层的心理与社会问题。“学习躺平”心理成因复杂,可能涉及学习压力、就业焦虑、价值观冲突以及网络环境影响等多个方面。大学生面临学业竞争、未来规划以及社会期望的多重压力,为了逃避现实或者追求心理平衡,可能会选择“躺平”作为应对策略。笔者先阐释大学生“学习躺平”的内涵,随后剖析其成因,最后有针对性地提出帮助大学生形成正确态度的教育策。 The phenomenon of college students,“lying flat in face of learning difficulty”reflects the deep psychological and social problems.The psychological causes of“lying flat in face of learning difficulty”are complex,which may involve many aspects such as learning pressure,employment anxiety,value conflict and network environment impact.College students are faced with multiple pressures of academic competition,future planning and social expectations.In order to escape from reality or pursue psychological balance,they may choose to lie flat as a coping strategy.In this paper,the author explains the connotation of college students’“lying flat in face of learning difficulty”and analyzes its causes,and finally puts forward educational strategies to help college students form a correct attitude,so as to stimulate learning motivation,guide active learning and face future challenges.
