川南地区基层医疗机构医护人员远程健康照护准备度及影响因素研究

A study of the readiness for telehealth among medical staff in primary medical institutions in southern Sichuan and it's influencing factors

目的调查川南地区基层医疗机构医护人员远程健康照护准备度现状及影响因素分析,以促进基层医疗机构远程健康照护服务的发展。方法使用分层抽样法选取川南地区16所基层卫生服务中心的611名医护人员为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、远程健康照护准备度量表进行调查。结果川南地区基层医疗机构医护人员远程健康照护准备度得分为(58.02±9.39)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,远程健康照护准备度的主要影响因素为职业类别、工作年限、月平均收入、远程健康照护了解程度、对远程健康照护前景的态度、远程健康照护服务参与意愿(P<0.05)。结论川南地区基层医疗机构医护人员远程健康照护准备度处于低水平,建议相关医疗机构应加强人力资源的优化配置,开展多渠道、多形式的远程健康照护教育和培训,改善医护人员对远程健康照护的认知,调动其参与远程健康照护的积极性,促进川南地区远程健康照护服务的发展。

Objective To investigate the current situation of medical staff's readiness for telehealth in primary medical institutions in southern Sichuan and analyze their influencing factors,so as to promote the development of telehealth services in primary medical institutions.Methods A total of 611 medical staff from 16 primary health service centers in southern Sichuan was investigated using stratified sampling method.The investigation was conducted using the general information questionnaire and Telehealth Readiness Assessment Tool.Results The total score of readiness for telehealth of medical staff in primary medical institutions in the southern Sichuan was(58.02±9.39)points.The results of multiple linear regression showed that occupation category,years of work experience,average monthly income,understanding of telehealth,attitude towards the prospect of telehealth,and willingness to participate in telehealth were the main factors affecting the readiness for telehealth(P<0.05).Conclusion The readiness of medical staff in primary medical institutions in southern Sichuan for telehealth is at a low level.Relevant medical institutions should strengthen the optimal allocation of human resources,carry out multi-channel and multi-form telehealth education and training,improve the awareness of medical staff on telehealth,and mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff to participate in telehealth,thereby promoting the development of telehealth services in southern Sichuan.
