Research on the High-quality Development of Hebei Province's Tourism Economy in the Context of New-quality Productive Forces

在新质生产力背景下,以高质量发展理念,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享5个维度构建指标体系,运用TOPSIS模型和耦合协调度模型对2012-2020年河北省旅游经济高质量发展水平进行评价分析。研究结果显示,河北省旅游经济高质量发展达到中级水平,总体上呈现良性向好发展态势,旅游经济各子系统耦合协调度接近中级水平,随着旅游规模的增长,旅游业内在素质和结构性矛盾依然比较突出,目前影响旅游经济高质量发展的阻碍因素主要在共享、协调和绿色子系统。今后旅游经济高质量发展的重点是调整旅游结构、提升旅游业内在素质和改善生态环境。

Based on the concept of high-quality development,this paper constructs an indicator system from the dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and analyzes the level of the high-quality development of tourism economyin Hebei Province,from 2012 to 2020 using TOPSIS model and Coupling coordination model.The results show that the high--quality development of the tourism economy in Hebei Province has reached an intermediate level,and overall,it is showing a positive development trend,the coupling and coordination degree of various subsystems of the tourism economy is close to the intermediate level,with the growth of tourism scale,the inherent quality and structural contradictions of the tourism industry are still prominent.Currently,the main obstacles to the high-quality development of the tourism economy are sharing,coordination,and green subsystems.The focus of high-quality development of the tourism economy.in the future is to adjust the tourism structure,enhance the inherent quality of the tourism industry,and improve the ecological environment.
