模块化钢结构全装配可吊装节点设计

摘要 随着建筑工业化和绿色建筑的不断发展,模块化钢结构成为建筑工业化的新型代表,其发展前景广阔。模块间连接节点设计是模块化钢结构建筑设计的关键一环,然而当前模块间节点设计存在吊装适配度低、现场安装不便、缺少易于装配的节点等问题。围绕提出的模块化钢结构全装配可吊装节点(FPLC),系统介绍了其轴心受力性能、抗剪性能和抗震性能。此外,分析了当前政策对模块化钢结构的引导和促进作用,并指出其面临的问题与挑战,以期促进模块化钢结构建筑的发展应用。 With the continuous development of construction industrialisation and green building,modular steel structure has become a new type of representative of construction industrialisation,and its development prospect is broad.Inter-module connection node design is a key part of modular steel structure building design,however,the current inter-module node design suffers from low lifting adaptability,inconvenient on-site installation and lack of easy-to-assemble nodes.Around the proposed fully assembled lifting nodes(FPLC)of modular steel structure,its axial force performance,shear resistance and seismic performance are systematically introduced.In addition,the guiding and promoting effects of current policies on modular steel structures are analysed,and the problems and challenges faced are pointed out,with a view to promoting the development and application of modular steel buildings.
