基于暴雨洪水管理模型的海绵设施应用成效评价——以福州市平潭县老旧小区改造项目为例

摘要 目前,国家和地方政府正在逐步推进老旧小区的更新改造工作,由于老旧小区普遍存在暴雨天气易发生积水和内涝的问题,因此海绵城市改造对于提升其居住品质有显而易见的作用。以福州市平潭县老旧小区改造项目为例,运用暴雨洪水管理模型(SWMM)对不同类型的海绵城市设施在其中的应用成效进行评价,通过分析模拟结果得出透水铺装是最适合老旧小区的海绵化改造的设施,为类似项目提供借鉴。 Currently,national and local governments are gradually advancing the renovation and upgrading of old residential communities.Given that these areas frequently face issues of water logging and urban flooding during heavy rainfall events,the implementation of sponge city principles can play a significant role in enhancing residential quality.Using the renovation project of old communities in Pingtan,Fuzhou City,as a case study,the effectiveness of various types of sponge city infrastructure was evaluated through the application of a stormwater management model.Analysis of the simulation results indicated that permeable paving is the most suitable sponge city adaptation for old communities,providing valuable insights for similar projects.
