近零能耗公共建筑节能降碳技术路径研究——以某物流业务配套用房项目办公楼为例

摘要 推动建筑迈向近零能耗已成为“双碳”目标下建筑领域发展的重要路径之一。基于机场办公建筑具有运营费用高、能源消耗大的特点,以西安机场物流业务配套用房项目办公楼为例,从近零能耗建筑设计理念及技术体系出发,通过被动式建筑设计、主动式节能技术以及可再生能源降碳,模拟分析项目全年运行能耗、节能率及可再生能源利用率等能效指标,从而助力寒冷地区的机场近零能耗办公建筑节能降碳设计和技术路径研究。 Promoting buildings towards nearly zero energy consumption has become one of the important paths for the development of the construction field under the"dual carbon"goals.Based on the characteristics of office buildings,such as high operating costs and large energy consumption,this paper takes the office building of the supporting housing project for the logistics business of Xi'an Airport as an example.Starting from the design concept and technical system of nearly zero energy consumption buildings,through passive building design,active energy-saving technologies,and carbon reduction with renewable energy,it simulates and analyzes energy efficiency indicators such as the annual operating energy consumption,energy-saving rate,and utilization rate of renewable energy of the project.It helps to study the energy-saving,carbon reduction design and technical paths of nearly zero energy consumption office buildings in cold regions.
