摘要
以校园建筑使用特征为基础,回归海绵设计本质的校园设计理念,并在某学校建筑的设计中将该设计理念加以应用。通过重点关注场地竖向设计,结合建筑空间设计规划技术路线,选用符合学生使用特征兼具美观与生态韧性的海绵设施等措施,将海绵城市设计理念自然融入建筑设计中。对项目实际运行效果进行监测及评估,结果显示该项目既达到了海绵城市设计指标要求,又能够让海绵理念被看到、被感知,将无形的可持续发展理念融入有形的校园建筑场景,促进绿色低碳生活理念的传播与推广。
Based on the characteristics of school building use,the sponge campus design concept returns to the essence of sponge design,and the design concept is applied in the design of a school building.By focusing on the vertical design of the site,planning the technical route with the spatial design of the building,and selecting sponge facilities that meet the usage characteristics of the students and are both aesthetically pleasing and ecologically resilient,the concept of sponge city design is naturally integrated into the architectural design.Monitor and evaluate the actual operation effect of the projec,the result shows that the project not only meets the requirements of the sponge city design index,but also allows the sponge concept to be seen and perceived,integrating the intangible concept of sustainable development into the tangible campus architectural scene,and promoting the dissemination and dissemination of the concept of green and low-carbon life.
