摘要
发展超低能耗建筑是实现城乡建设领域“双碳”目标的关键。目前,福建省夏热冬冷地区超低能耗建筑实例较少。以南平市某宿舍建筑为例,结合其建筑特性、功能需求以及气候环境,探讨了超低能耗建筑的设计方法,研究出适宜福建省夏热冬冷地区推广应用的技术措施,为后续超低能耗建筑发展提供思路。
The target of achieving"dual carbon"in construction necessitates the promotion of ultra-low energy buildings,yet there are few examples of these in Fujian's hot summer and cold winter regions.Taking a dormitory in Nanping as a case study,we explore the design ways of ultra-low energy building based on characteristics,requirements,and climate.The techniques suitable for local use are put forward by study,which could provide ideas for the development of ultra-low energy buildings in Fujian.
