产业基金赋能新质生产力发展的路径研究

Research on Paths of Industrial Funds Empowering Development of New Quality Productive Forces

我国新质生产力的发展主要包括传统产业改造升级、战略新兴产业培育、未来潜力产业布局等方面,现已逐步成为现代化产业体系建设的重要支柱。随着私募股权基金的快速发展,产业基金作为重要的融资与投资工具,已成为新质生产力发展的重要助推器,同时推动了金融投资理论与实践的创新发展,由此将相关研究主题延伸至作用机理、路径选择、机制优化与制度创新等方面。因此,文章运用交叉学科与案例分析的研究方法,首先通过产业基金对新质生产力发展的作用机理进行整理,其次从相关细分领域分别归纳产业基金参与新质生产力发展的具体路径,最后提出产业基金赋能新质生产力发展的政策建议,以期助力中国特色产业基金高质量发展。

The development of new quality productive forces in China mainly includes the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,the cultivation of strategic emerging industries,and the layout of future potential industries,and has gradually become an important pillar of the construction of a modern industrial system.With the rapid development of private equity funds,industrial funds,as an important financing and investment tool,have developed into an important booster for the development of new quality productive forces,and at the same time promoted the innovative development of financial investment theory and practice,thus extending relevant research topics to the aspects of action mechanism,path selection,mechanism optimization and institutional innovation.Therefore,this paper uses the research method of interdisciplinary and case analysis.Firstly,it sorts out the action mechanism of the development of new quality productive forces through industrial funds,then summarizes the specific paths for industrial funds to participate in the development of new quality productive forces from relevant subdivisions,and finally tries to put forward several policy suggestions on how industrial funds can empower the development of new quality productive forces.The paper aims to boost the development of industrial funds with Chinese characteristics.
