网络安全视角下的会计档案管理风险与防范措施

Risk and Preventive Measures of Accounting Archive Management from the Perspective of Cybersecurity

随着互联网和信息技术的快速发展,会计档案管理工作面临前所未有的网络安全挑战。文章从网络安全视角,分析当前会计档案管理中存在的技术风险和管理风险,在此基础上,提出基于“互联网+信息技术”的会计档案管理风险防范措施,并通过案例分析进一步论证相关措施的可行性和有效性。研究表明,加强网络安全技术应用研究、完善会计档案管理制度与流程、提升会计档案管理信息化水平是应对网络安全挑战、保障会计档案安全的关键举措。文章对推动会计档案管理工作、适应网络时代要求,实现安全、高效管理具有重要参考价值。

With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,accounting archive management is facing unprecedented challenges in cybersecurity.From the perspective of cybersecurity,this paper analyzes the technical and managerial risks present in current accounting archive management.Based on this analysis,it proposes risk prevention measures for accounting archive management using 'Internet + information technology',and further demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of these measures through case studies.The research indicates that strengthening the application of cybersecurity technologies,improving the systems and processes of accounting archive management,and enhancing the informatization level of accounting archive management are key measures to address cybersecurity challenges and ensure the safety of accounting archive.This paper has significant reference value for promoting accounting archive management,adapting to the demands of the network era,and achieving safe and efficient management.
