摘要 紧凑城市理论因其在限制城市蔓延和促进土地综合集约化利用方面的显著优势,已被广泛接受为高密度城市和地区实现可持续发展的有效理论模型。该理论主张在有限的城市空间内,通过高效的规划和设计来优化资源使用,提升居住质量,并减少对自然环境的影响。在高密度城市环境下,建筑设计的空间优化与创新不仅需要遵循紧凑城市理论的核心原则,还要探索如何在有限的空间内实现功能多样化和空间利用最大化。通过综合应用紧凑布局、智能技术和多功能设计,可以有效应对空间紧张问题,提高建筑物的使用效率和生活舒适度。这种设计策略不仅有助于提升城市的整体功能性,还能促进环境保护和资源节约,推动城市向更加可持续和宜居的方向发展。 The compact city theory has been widely accepted as an effective theoretical model for achieving sustainable development in high-density cities and regions due to its significant advantages in limiting urban sprawl and promoting comprehensive and intensive land use.This theory advocates optimizing resource utilization,improving living quality,and reducing impact on the natural environment through efficient planning and design within limited urban spaces.In high-density urban environments,spatial optimization and innovation in architectural design not only need to follow the core principles of compact city theory,but also explore how to achieve functional diversity and maximize space utilization within limited spaces.By integrating compact layout,intelligent technology,and multifunctional design,it is possible to effectively address space constraints,improve building efficiency,and enhance living comfort.This design strategy not only helps to enhance the overall functionality of the city,but also promotes environmental protection and resource conservation,driving the city towards a more sustainable and livable direction.
