二维剪切波弹性成像在不同类型自身免疫性肝病纤维化分期中的应用

摘要 二维剪切波弹性成像(two-dimensional shear wave elastography,2D-SWE)在灰阶超声的引导下对肝脏硬度进行定性和定量评估,避开了胆管及血管对弹性值的影响。近年来2D-SWE在自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver diseases,AILDs)中的应用较为广泛,其效用及性能得到了有力验证。本文就2D-SWE在AILDs中的应用价值及应用前景,尤其对AILDs的肝纤维化分期及药物治疗效果的评估进行综述。 Two-dimensional shear wave elastography(2D-SWE)qualitatively and quantitatively evaluates liver stiffness under the guidance of gray-scale ultrasound,avoiding the influence of bile ducts and blood vessels on elastic values.In recent years,2D-SWE has been widely used in autoimmune liver diseases(AILDs),and its effectiveness and performance have been strongly verified.This article reviews the application value and application prospect of 2D-SWE in AILDs,especially the staging of liver fibrosis in AILDs and the evaluation of curative effect after drug treatment.
