摘要
二维剪切波弹性成像(two-dimensional shear wave elastography,2D-SWE)在灰阶超声的引导下对肝脏硬度进行定性和定量评估,避开了胆管及血管对弹性值的影响。近年来2D-SWE在自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver diseases,AILDs)中的应用较为广泛,其效用及性能得到了有力验证。本文就2D-SWE在AILDs中的应用价值及应用前景,尤其对AILDs的肝纤维化分期及药物治疗效果的评估进行综述。
Two-dimensional shear wave elastography(2D-SWE)qualitatively and quantitatively evaluates liver stiffness under the guidance of gray-scale ultrasound,avoiding the influence of bile ducts and blood vessels on elastic values.In recent years,2D-SWE has been widely used in autoimmune liver diseases(AILDs),and its effectiveness and performance have been strongly verified.This article reviews the application value and application prospect of 2D-SWE in AILDs,especially the staging of liver fibrosis in AILDs and the evaluation of curative effect after drug treatment.
