产教融合背景下高职院校药学专业学生创新素养培养研究

摘要 随着社会经济飞速发展和科学技术不断迭代更新,创新已成为药学专业应对挑战的关键。培养学生的创新素养是高职院校教学工作的重要任务之一,然而,目前我国高职院校药学专业学生的创新素养培养状况尚待改善。在高职院校药学专业学生创新素养培养过程中存在培养目标不明确、学生参与度不高、课程设置与教学方法不合理、教师培训与支持不足和实践环境与资源不足等问题,因此,高职院校应多方位、多层次、多角度深化产教融合,全面提升学生创新素养,为药学行业的发展贡献更多的创新力量。 With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous iteration and updating of science and technology,innovation has become the key for the pharmaceutical profession to cope with challenges.Cultivating students′innovation literacy is one of the important tasks of teaching in vocational colleges.However,the status of cultivating innovation literacy among pharmacy majors in higher vocational colleges in China still needs improvement.In the process of cultivating innovation literacy among students majored in pharmacy in higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as unclear training objectives,student′s less participation,unreasonable course and teaching methods,insufficient teacher training and support,and inadequate practical environment and resources.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should deepen the integration of industry and education from multiple perspectives,levels,and angles,comprehensively enhance students′innovation literacy,and contribute more innovative forces to the development of the pharmacy industry.
