劳动教育是全面贯彻落实党的教育方针、实施素质教育的重要载体,与立德树人教育方针同向互促,与医学专业人才培养目标贴合共融。医学高校劳动教育的顺利施行关系国家医疗卫生事业的发展进步,关系高等医学教育体系完善提升,关系医学生职业道德规范树立。当前形势下,劳动教育不断呈现出新的特点,需要教育各方协同努力,因此基于当前高等教育中劳动育人要求,通过分析医学生专业特性及劳动育人新特征,论证“家校社”协同推进医学生劳动教育的现实合理性、目标一致性及操作可行性,对于医学生劳动教育实践见行见效及新时代医学创新人才培养意义重大。

Labor education is an important carrier for comprehensively implementing the CPC′s education policy and implementing quality education.It promotes the same direction and mutual promotion with the education policy of cultivating morality and personnel,and is in line with the goal of cultivating medical professionals.The smooth implementation of labor education in medical colleges is related to the development and progress of the national medical and health care industry,the improvement and upgrading of the higher medical education system,and the establishment of professional ethics norms for medical students.Labor education continues to show new characteristics in nowadays,which requires the cooperation of all parties in education.Therefore,based on the current requirements for labor education in higher education through analyzing the professional characteristics of medical students and the new features of labor education,it is necessary to demonstrate the practical rationality,goal consistency,and operational feasibility of promoting medical students′labor education through the collaboration of"family-school-society".It is of great significance for the practice of medical students′labor education to see results and for the cultivation of innovative medical personnel in the new era.
