摘要
目的探索融入思政元素的生物安全与实验室安全课程创新主题教学方法和途径,增强医学研究生职业道德素质,提升生物安全与实验室生物安全意识和技能水平,达到更好的德育教学效果。方法将2017至2023年我校一年级硕士、博士研究生作为研究对象,通过以下方法进行教学:(1)聚焦热点问题,创新主题教学,与时俱进,契合主题有机融入思政元素。(2)运用翻转课堂教学模式进行教学,以研究生为中心。(3)积极引导学生自主探索、拓展学习内容。(4)建立全过程开放式评价体系。结果(1)不断更新的教学主题开拓了研究生创新思维,拓展知识视野,激发了其专业学习兴趣。传统授课内容单一、枯燥乏味的问题成功得到解决。(2)以研究生为中心的翻转课堂模式,有效解决了传统讲授式教学模式以单向知识传递为主、学生学习主动性不高的问题。(3)挖掘具有医学特色的思政元素,将思政元素与课程内容有机结合,培养专业能力和人文主义情怀。结论融入思政元素的生物安全与实验室安全课程创新主题教学模式,提高了医学研究生的生物安全与实验室安全意识,使其掌握规范的安全防护方法,有利于培养综合能力,激发人文主义情怀,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the way and method of theme teaching model for bio-safety and laboratory safety courses incorporating Ideological&Political elements to enhance medical graduates′professional ethics,improve bio-safety and laboratory safety awareness and skill,achieve better moral education teaching effects as well.Methods Fresh master′s and doctors from Grade 2017 to 2023 in our university were selected as research subjects,and teaching was conducted through the following methods:(1)Focusing on hot issues,innovating thematic teaching,keeping pace with the times,and organically integrating Ideological&Political elements in line with the theme.(2)Using flipped classroom teaching model for teaching,with graduates as the center.(3)Actively guide students to explore and expand their learning content independently.(4)Establish an open evaluation system throughout the entire process.Results(1)The constantly updated teaching themes have expanded graduates′innovative thinking,broadened their knowledge horizons,and stimulated their interest in professional learning.The problem of traditional teaching content being dull and boring has been successfully solved.(2)The flipped classroom model centered around graduate students effectively solves the problem of traditional lecture based teaching model focusing on one-way knowledge transmission and low student learning initiative.(3)Explore Ideological&Political elements with medical characteristics,organically integrate Ideological&Political elements with course content,and cultivate professional abilities and humanistic sentiments.Conclusion The innovative thematic teaching model of bio-safety and laboratory safety courses that integrates Ideological&Political elements has improved the bio-safety and laboratory safety awareness of medical graduates,enabling them to master standardized safety protection methods.This is conducive to cultivating comprehensive abilities,inspiring humanistic sentiments,and is worth promoting and applying.
