基于ARCS理论的地方医学院校大学生创新创业动机及相关因素分析

Analysis on Local Medical Collegians′ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Motivation and Related Factors Based on ARCS Theory

摘要 目的了解医学院校学生创新创业动机现状,探索其影响因素及存在的问题。方法参照ARCS(A:注意力,R:相关性,C:自信心,S:满足感)理论编制问卷对某医学院校学生进行调查。结果目前学生创新创业动机处于中等水平,参与创新创业的持续性不足,内因性动机尚未被激发;性别对创新创业满意度有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论影响地方医学院校学生创新创业动机的因素是多方面的,尤其要注重学生创新创业内因性动机的激发。 Objective To learn the status of innovation and entrepreneurship motivation,explore its influencing factors and existing problems.Methods A questionnaire was developed based on ARCS(A:Attention,R:Relevance,C:Confidence,S:Satisfaction)theory to survey students from a medical college.Results Currently,students′innovation and entrepreneurship motivation is at a moderate level,with insufficient sustainability in participating in innovation and entrepreneurship,and intrinsic motivation has not yet been stimulated.Gender has a significant impact on innovation and entrepreneurship satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion There are multiple factors that affect the innovation and entrepreneurship motivation of students in local medical colleges,and particular attention should be paid to stimulating their intrinsic innovation and entrepreneurship motivation.
