摘要
目的调查护理研究生社会贡献度现状,分析其影响因素,为提高护理研究生教育质量提供参考。方法2023年11月至2024年3月,采取目的抽样法,选取数所医学院校106名已毕业护理研究生作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、护理研究生社会贡献度问卷及在校培养因素问卷进行调查。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。结果护理研究生社会贡献度问卷得分为(3.06±0.79)分,处于中等水平,开组会发言频率、挑战性研究、职业导向是主要影响因素。结论护理研究生自身感知对社会的贡献度不高,今后导师可通过提高研究生组会质量、鼓励研究生积极发言及参与科研项目、帮助研究生完善职业规划,提高护理研究生的职业发展质量。
Objective To investigate the status of nursing graduates′social contribution,analyze its influencing factors,and provide reference for improving the education quality on nursing graduate.Methods From November 2023 to March 2024,a purposive sampling method was used to select 106 nursing graduates from several medical colleges as the research subjects.The survey was conducted a General Information Questionnaire,a Nursing Graduates′Social Contribution Questionnaire,and an Campus Cultivation Factor Questionnaire.Statistical analysis was conducted SPSS 26.0 software.Results The score of the Nursing Graduates′Social Contribution Questionnaire was(3.06±0.79)score,which was at a moderate level.The main influencing factors were the frequency of group meetings,challenging research,and career orientation.Conclusion nursing graduates′perceived contribution to society is not high.In the future,supervisors can improve the quality of graduates′group meetings,encourage graduates to actively speak up and participate in scientific research projects,and help graduates improve their career planning to enhance the quality of nursing graduates′career development.
