新入职护士培训评价指标构建研究的范围综述

摘要 目的分析国内外新入职护士培训评价指标体系的特征、内容等,为筛选或构建适用于我国新入职护士培训评价指标体系提供依据。方法采用范围综述研究方法,于2024年1月检索PubMed、Web of Science等数据库的文献,文献时限为2010年1月1日至2023年12月31日。结果共检索到相关文献1905篇,纳入符合标准的文献有26篇,其中中文17篇,英文9篇。国内学者对理论考核更为重视,国外研究更加关注护士个人受益,如工作满意度、逆境适应力。结论新入职护士培训评价指标体系研究仍处于探索阶段,建议在今后的研究中丰富评价指标,并考虑培训的周期性,从而构建出动态、连续的新入职护士培训评价指标体系。 Objective To analyze the characteristics and contents of the evaluation index system for new nurses at home and abroad,so as to provide a basis for screening or constructing an evaluation index system for new nurses in China.Methods We searched PubMed,Web of Science and other databases in January 2024,and the period of the literature was from January 1,2010 to December 31,2023 with the method of scope review.Results A total of 1,905 articles were retrieved,and 26 articles met the criteria for inclusion,including 17 articles in Chinese and 9 articles in English.Domestic scholars pay more attention to the theoretical assessment,while foreign studies pay more attention to nurses′personal benefits,such as job satisfaction and adaptability to adversity.Conclusion The research on the evaluation index system of training for new nurses is still in the exploratory stage,and it is suggested to enrich the evaluation indexes and consider the periodicity of training in the future research,so as to construct a dynamic and continuous evaluation index system of training for new nurses.
