国际音标蒙古文名称及相关语音学问题

Mongolian Terms of the International Phonetic Alphabet and Related Phonetic Issues

2020年作者与国际语音学学会合作将国际音标表翻译为蒙古文,并首次在国际语音学会的官网上发布了蒙古文版国际音标表。2023年修订版已相继发布。然而,有关国际音标相关的许多术语在蒙古文论著中仍存在使用不一致或缺乏明确的解释等问题。例如,卷舌与Г音色、更圆与略展及唇化、偏前、央化与中一央化,以及气声与嘎裂声等,这些术语各自有着特定的定义,并在细微之处存在差异。因此,想要深入了解国际音标,并在蒙古文中正确命名其术语,核心问题是首先需要对语音学体系,包括其结构、层次和内涵有一个清晰而全面的认识。

In 2020,in collaboration with the International Phonetic Association(IPA),the author translated the International Phonetic Alphabet chart into Mongolian,which was subsequently published on the official IPA website for the first time.The revised version was released in 2023.However,inconsistencies and unclear explanations of many IPA-related terms still persist in Mongolian linguistic literature.Terms like retroflex and“Г”,labialization and rounding,centralization,and breathy and creaky phonation all have specific definitions with subtle differences.To gain a deep understanding of the IPA and correctly name its terms in Mongolian,a comprehensive and clear understanding of the phonetic system,including its structure,hierarchy,and content,is essential.
