摘要
选取一种快速便捷、灵敏度高、经济安全的检测方法来监测水中锰的含量非常重要。对比了4种现行有效的国标方法,即过硫酸铵分光光度法、甲醛肟分光光度法、高碘酸钾分光光度法及原子吸收分光光度法,通过测定低浓度标准样品浓度计算出最低检测浓度,对饮用水和地表水做加标回收实验,比较了4种方法在日常水质监测中的适用性。结果表明:这四种方法的测定下限存在差异,质控样品的检验结果均在标物证书不确定度范围内,而过硫酸铵分光光度法操作简单、耗时短,更适用于城镇供水水质监测的日常工作中。
It is very important to choose a fast,convenient,high sensitivity,economical and safe detection method to monitor the manganese in water.This article compared the four effective national standard method which call ammonium persulfate spectrophotometric method,formaldehyde oxime spectrophotometric method,potassium potassium spectrophotometric method and atomic absorption spectrophotometric method.Detection limit tests and recovery experiments were investigated.The results showed that the lower limit of these four methods were different.Mn contents of the test sample were all within the uncertainty range of the standard certificate.Besides,the ammonium supersulfate spectrophotometric method is simple to operate and time saving,which is more suitable for the daily work of urban water quality monitoring.
