摘要
自1986年我国义务教育法规定我国实行九年义务教育制度以来,2011年我国所有省(区、市)通过了国家“普九”验收,解决了人人“有学上”的问题。2012年国务院颁布了《国务院关于深入推进义务教育均衡发展的意见》(国发〔2012〕48号),强调了我国义务教育均衡发展的意义、目标、措施和要求。结合国际国内经验,本课题通过对“学区制”的研究,以实现城乡义务教育均衡发展的目标。
Since the implementation of the nine-year compulsory education system in China's Compulsory Education Law in 1986,all provinces(regions,municipalities)in China passed the national"universal nine-year"acceptance in 2011,solving the problem of"education for all".In 2012,the State Council issued the"Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education"(Guofa[2012]No.48),emphasizing the significance,goals,measures,and requirements of balanced development of compulsory education in China.Based on international and domestic experience,this project aims to achieve the goal of balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas through the study of the"school district system".
