摘要
随着全球化和数字经济的快速发展,现代企业对复合型人才的需求日益增长,要求商科毕业生不仅具备商业管理能力,还需要学会管理商业中的法律风险。法商融合已成为新商科人才培养的重要路径。本文从法商融合的背景、课程实施困境与实践路径等角度,探讨了《经济法》课程的改革与创新,旨在培养具备商业和法律双重视野的复合型人才。
Globalization and the digital economy are driving enterprises to seek composite talents.Business graduates must possess management skills and the ability to assess legal risks.Integrating law and business is essential for developing these professionals.This paper explores reforms in the Economic Law course,addressing challenges in implementation and offering practical solutions.The aim is to cultivate professionals with expertise in both business and law.
