摘要
中学生涯规划课程旨在培养学生生涯发展必备的核心素养,意在发展学生的生涯规划意识,培养学生形成终身发展观,掌握生涯规划方法,提升生涯发展关键能力,塑造生涯发展信念,培养生涯创新精神,在主动成长中成就精彩人生,对学生健康的成长影响深远。在生涯规划案例研究中,本文以“向左走,向右走——我的人生选择”为对象进行剖析研究,对本节课优缺点进行剖析并给出了相关改进建议,以期为教育工作者提供有益的参考。
The middle school career planning course aims to cultivate the core qualities necessary for students'career development,develop students'career planning awareness,train students to form a lifelong outlook on development,master career planning methods,improve the key ability of career development,shape career development belief,cultivate career innovation spirit,and achieve wonderful life in the active growth,which has a profound impact on the healthy growth of students.In the case study of career planning,this study takes"Go left,go right-my life choice"as the object of analysis and research,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this course and gives relevant improvement suggestions,in order to provide useful reference for educators.
