阿奇霉素联合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果观察

Effect Observations of Azithromycin Combined with Methylprednisolone in Treatment of Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:观察阿奇霉素联合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月湛江中心人民医院收治的200例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予甲泼尼龙治疗。比较两组临床疗效、主要症状消退时间、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P=0.009)。观察组呼吸困难、发热、肺部湿啰音、发绀、胸骨凹陷消退时间早于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、C反应蛋白水平较治疗前更低,且观察组较对照组更低,两组IL-10水平较治疗前更高,且观察组校对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:给予支原体肺炎患儿阿奇霉素联合甲泼尼龙治疗,效果显著,可快速缓解症状,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of azithromycin combined with methylprednisolone in treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:200 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone.The clinical efficacy,the resolution time of major symptoms,and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.009).The resolution time of dyspnea,fever,pulmonary moist rales,cyanosis and pleural indentation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Administration of azithromycin combined with methylprednisolone to children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is effective in providing rapid relief of symptoms and reducing the inflammatory response.
