摘要
目的:分析银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死合并糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的120例急性脑梗死合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(60例)和研究组(60例)。对照组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗。比较两组炎性指标水平、认知功能。结果:治疗后,两组炎性指标水平低于治疗前,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组认知功能评分较治疗前高,且研究组较对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死合并糖尿病的效果显著,可降低炎性因子水平,改善患者认知功能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis using alteplase,while the study group was treated with ginkgo diterpenelactone meglumineon the basis of control group.The levels of inflammatory indexes and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of inflammatory indexes in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and it was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);cognitive function scores were higher in both groups compared to pre-treatment and were higher in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis has a significant effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the cognitive function of patients.
