护士主导的家庭赋权营养护理在终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Nurse-Led Family Empowerment Nutrition Nursing in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease

目的:分析护士主导的家庭赋权营养护理在终末期肾病维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于江门市中心医院行MHD的100例终末期肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施护士主导的家庭赋权营养护理。比较两组饮食依从性、营养状态、生活质量。结果:护理后,两组摄钾、摄盐、液体限制、面对困难、自我护理评分较护理前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平较护理前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组营养状态评分较护理前低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分较护理前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:护士主导的家庭赋权营养护理可提高MHD患者饮食依从性,改善营养状态和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nurse-led family empowerment nutrition nursing in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent MHD in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received nurse-led family empowerment nutrition nursing on the basis of control group.The dietary compliance,nutritional status,and quality of life of two groups were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of potassium intake,salt intake,fluid restriction,difficulties and self-care in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the serum albumin and hemoglobin levels in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the nutritional status scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse-led family empowerment nutrition nursing can improve dietary compliance,nutritional status,and quality of life in MHD patients.
