自我管理导向模式下的5A护理在脑出血手术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of 5A Nursing Under Self-Management-Oriented Model in Patients Undergoing Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgery

目的:分析自我管理导向模式下的5A护理在脑出血手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月东南大学附属中大医院收治的106例脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施自我管理导向模式下的5A护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P=0.027);护理后,两组静脉血流峰速度、静脉血流平均速度高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我护理技能、自护责任感、健康知识水平、自我概念评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我效能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理导向模式下的5A护理在脑出血手术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善下肢血液循环,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,提高患者自护能力和自我效能。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of 5A nursing under self-management-oriented model in patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:A total of 106 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given 5A nursing under the self-management-oriented model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.027).After nursing,the peak velocity and average velocity of venous blood flow in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,health knowledge level and self-concept in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-efficacy scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 5A nursing under the self management-oriented model has a significant effect in patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery,and can ameliorate blood circulation in the lower limbs,reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs,and improve self-care ability and self-efficacy of patients.
