中药热奄包结合辨证施护在风寒湿型颈椎病患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package Combined with Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Patients with Wind-Cold-Dampness Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的:分析中药热奄包结合辨证施护在风寒湿型颈椎病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年9月湛江市第二中医医院收治的风寒湿型颈椎病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药热奄包联合辨证施护。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组颈椎功能、生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛评分、中医症状积分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:中药热奄包结合辨证施护在风寒湿型颈椎病患者护理中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,改善颈椎功能,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with syndrome differentiation nursing in the nursing care for patients with wind-cold-dampness type cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with wind-cold-dampness type cervical spondylosis admitted to Zhanjiang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of cervical spine function and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of pain and TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with syndrome differentiation nursing in the nursing care for patients with wind-cold-dampness type cervical spondylosis has a significant effect,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve cervical spine function,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
