手术室精准化护理在泌尿外科机器人辅助手术患儿中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Precision Nursing in Operating Room in Children undergoing Robot-assisted Urological Surgery

目的:分析手术室精准化护理在泌尿外科机器人辅助手术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2024年3月于广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心行泌尿外科机器人辅助手术的患儿100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施手术室精准化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组术前准备时间、体位摆放时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组压力性损伤、切口感染、低体温发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室精准化护理在泌尿外科机器人辅助手术患儿中的应用效果显著,可缩短术前准备时间、体位摆放时间、术后住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of precision nursing in operating room in children undergoing robot-assisted urological surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred children who underwent robot-assisted urological surgery in Women and Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the research group implemented precision nursing in the operating room based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The preoperative preparation time,posture placement time and postoperative hospitalization time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of pressure injury,incision infection and hypothermia in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of precision nursing in the operating room in children with robot-assisted urological surgery has significant effects,which can shorten the preoperative preparation time,the time of posture placement,the time of postoperative hospitalization,and reduce the incidence of complications.
