门诊专科护理在儿童变应性鼻炎舌下免疫治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Outpatient Specialized Nursing in Sublingual Immunotherapy for Allergic Rhinitis in Children

目的:分析门诊专科护理在儿童变应性鼻炎舌下免疫治疗(SLIT)中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7—12月东莞市妇幼保健院收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组实施常规门诊护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施门诊专科护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理6、12个月后,两组临床症状评分逐渐降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性评分逐渐升高,且观察组高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:门诊专科护理在儿童变应性鼻炎SLIT中的应用效果显著,有助于改善患儿临床症状,提高患儿服药依从性及家属护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of outpatient specialized nursing on sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)for children with allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of two hundred children with allergic rhinitis admitted to Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with one hundred cases in each group.The control group received routine outpatient nursing,and the observation group received outpatient specialized nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 6 and 12 months of nursing,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were gradually decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the score of medication compliance in the observation group was gradually increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group in the sane period(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of outpatient specialized nursing in children with allergic rhinitis SLIT is significant,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of family members.
