预见性护理联合营养干预在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Predictive Nursing Combined with Nutritional Intervention in Patients with Lung Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:分析预见性护理联合营养干预在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年2月镇江市第一人民医院收治的肺癌患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(37例)与观察组(37例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理联合营养干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率较对照组低(P=0.005)。护理后,两组精神疲劳、躯体疲劳评分及总分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理、心理、社会、其他评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理联合营养干预在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果显著,可降低不良反应发生率,改善患者营养状态,减轻疲劳感,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of predictive nursing combined with nutrition intervention in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of seventy-four patients with lung cancer admitted to Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(37 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing combined with nutrition intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,serum albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in 2 groups were higher than before nursing,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);triceps skin fold thickness and upper arm muscle circumference in two groups were higher than before nursing,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);adverse reaction incidence rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.005);after nursing,the scores of mental fatigue,physical fatigue and total scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the physical,psychological,social,and other scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,compared with control group,observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive nursing combined with nutrition intervention in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the nutritional status of patients,alleviate fatigue and improve the quality of life.
