个性化护理在预防接种儿童中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Personalized Nursing in Children Undergoing Vaccination

目的:分析个性化护理在预防接种儿童中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年4月于东莞市虎门镇社区卫生服务中心进行预防接种的儿童60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理。比较两组接种配合度、不良反应发生情况及家长满意度。结果:观察组配合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.044);观察组家长总满意度高于对照组(P=0.044)。结论:个性化护理在预防接种儿童中的应用效果显著,可提高儿童配合度及家属满意度,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To value the application effect of personalized nursing in children undergoing vaccination.Methods:From March 2021 to April 2022,a total of 60 children who underwent vaccination in Dongguan City Humen Town Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing.The vaccination cooperation degree,adverse reactions and parents'satisfaction were compared between the groups.Results:The degree of cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.044).The total satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing in children undergoing vaccination has a significant effect,and can improve children's cooperation and parents'satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
