基于护理计划表的护理预防骨科手术患者术后深静脉血栓的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Schedule-Based Nursing in Preventing Postoperative Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery

目的:分析基于护理计划表的护理预防骨科手术患者术后深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年6月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院骨科行手术治疗的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于护理计划表的护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,对照组腘静脉血流速度低于护理前及同期观察组,红细胞聚集指数、血浆D-二聚体水平高于护理前及同期观察组(P<0.05);两组下肢周径大于护理前,但观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组DVT发生率低于对照组(P=0.027)。护理后,两组静脉功能评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组DVT认知调查表评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于护理计划表的护理预防骨科手术患者术后DVT的效果显著,可改善下肢血流指标和静脉功能,预防DVT,提高患者DVT认知度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing schedule-based nursing in preventing postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received nursing schedule-based nursing care.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the blood flow velocity of popliteal vein in the control group was lower than that before nursing and in the observation group during the same period,and the erythrocyte aggregation index and plasma D-dimer level in the control group were higher than those before nursing and in the observation group during the same period(P<0.05).The lower limb circumference in the two groups was larger than that before nursing,but this index in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.027).After nursing,the venous function scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of DVT cognition questionnaire in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing schedule-based nursing is significantly effective in preventing postoperative DVT in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery,and can improve lower limb blood flow indexes and venous function,prevent DVT,and improve patients'awareness of DVT.
