健康教育和健康促进在高血压患者健康管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Health Education and Health Promotion in Health Management of Patients with Hypertension

目的:分析健康教育和健康促进在高血压患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2024年3月于广州市天河区林和街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的高血压患者70例作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规健康管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育和健康促进。比较两组血压稳定情况、生活方式、饮食方式。结果:干预后,两组血压稳定率高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组遵医嘱用药、规范监测血压、坚持运动锻炼、戒烟戒酒占比高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组规律饮食、摄入新鲜蔬果、忌辛辣、少吃油腻食物占比高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);结论:健康教育和健康促进在高血压患者健康管理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者健康意识,纠正患者不良生活习惯,稳定血压水平。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education and health promotion in the health management of hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 70 hypertensive patients admitted to the Guangzhou Tianhe District Linhe Street Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine health management,and the observation group received health education and health promotion based on the control group.Blood pressure stability,lifestyle and diet style were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the stable rate of blood pressure in two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of medication compliance,standardized monitoring of blood pressure,adherence to exercise,smoking cessation and alcohol withdrawal in two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the proportion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of regular diet,intake of fresh fruits and vegetables,avoidance of spicy and less intake of greasy food in two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the proportion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education and health promotion in the health management of hypertensive patients has significant effects,and can improve the health consciousness of patients,correct the bad lifestyle of patients,and stabilize the blood pressure level.
