In the context of the continuous improvement of the education system,the position of higher vocational education in the national strategy has become increasingly prominent.Higher vocational education not only meets the demand for professional and technical personnel in the development of the country,but also undertakes the important educational mission of promoting employment,expanding the coverage of secondary vocational education and improving the quality of the people.The traditional administrative management model has been difficult to adapt to this rapidly changing social environment,so it is necessary to carry out innovation and exploration under the background of fierce competition,and improve service quality on the basis of effective use of resources,so as to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the article puts forward the establishment of flexible administrative management system and other innovative strategies to promote the administrative management of higher vocational colleges towards the direction of modern development.
