国际工程企业市场开发与管理策略研究

摘要 随着全球化的不断推进,各国之间的经济联系日益紧密,国际工程市场也呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。国际工程市场涉及不同国家、不同文化,企业在开发国际市场时,需要充分考虑这些因素,制定适应性的市场开发策略。同时,企业在国际市场上还面临政治风险、经济风险、文化风险等多种风险,需要建立完善的风险管理机制。为此,文章首先分析了国际工程企业在市场开发过程中可能遇到的风险和挑战,然后针对性地提出了一系列有效的管理策略,帮助工程企业提升市场竞争力,实现可持续发展。 With the continuous advance of globalization,the economic ties between countries have become increasingly close,and the international engineering market has shown a vigorous development trend.The international engineering market involves different countries and different cultures.When developing the international market,enterprises need to take these factors into account and make adaptive market development strategies.At the same time,enterprises in the international market is also facing political risk,economic risk,cultural risk and other risks,so it is necessary to establish a sound risk management mechanism.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the risks and challenges that international engineering enterprises may encounter in the process of market development,and then puts forward a series of effective management strategies to help engineering enterprises enhance market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.
